Payment Terms: All new accounts will be set up on pre-pay basis. Credit accounts can be set up with conditions upon request.
Pricing Policy: All dealers are asked to follow the MSRP set by UWAY / HCO.
Shipping: Shipping charges will be Actual Cost calculated based on size, weight, and destination of the shipment. Shipping quotation can be provided following account set up and estimated order size. Shipping quotation does not include insurance. Insurance can be added to order upon request. If insurance is not requested, we will be released from damage and loss following pickup from the carrier. Standard shipments will be sent by Canada Post; UPS shipping is available upon request. In Stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
Return and Exchange: All wholesale sales are final. Only exchange or repair will be issued. You can cancel your order prior to it being picked up by carrier and you will receive a full refund.
